Bo von Bermel is an adorable, smaller-sized, 2-year-old shepherd mix. Bo is such a sweet and gentle boy with eyes that say, “I will love you forever!”  On leash, he stays close to your side.  He can be shy of new things at first but becomes comfortable once he is familiar with his surroundings.  He walks well with other dogs but prefers slow, polite introductions.  In his playgroups, Bo seems happy and eager to explore, running around the yard and checking everything out.  When he plays with other dogs, he has a gentle and dainty playstyle, so he would do well in a house with dogs who practice mindfulness and who won’t step on him or bulldoze right past him.  This sweet and loving boy just loves showering you with kisses in exchange for scratches all over his beautiful, fluffy coat.  He can be shy of strangers at first but, once you gain his trust, he will give you lots of affection! He takes treats gently and has top scores on his “sit,” “down” and “stay.”  We are told that Bo does well alone in the yard and in the house, and loves toys and car rides. He is housebroken, crate-trained and sweet and gentle with children. He even seems to do well with cats and small animals. Bo would like to say, “I am only 40 pounds. I don’t take much space. Please make room for me in your heart!”
